We’re thrilled to have you with us. This guide is designed to give you every information you need during the event.
ENTRY & BADGES
After you checked in, you received a badge. Please wear it visibly at all times – it’s your pass to sessions. If you leave the main event area and wish to return, your badge will be required for re-entry.
AGENDA
Scaleup Fest is a full-day program, bringing together founders, leaders, and investors from across CEE. Expect keynote speeches, interactive panels, workshops, and plenty of networking.
VOLUNTEERS & ASSISTANCE
Our volunteers are here to help you make the most of the day. You’ll easily recognize them in branded t-shirts. They can guide you to the right room, help with directions and answer your questions. Don’t hesitate to ask – that’s what they’re here for.
CATERING & REFRESHMENTS
To keep you energized and connected, we’ve prepared a mix of catering options:
- Coffee Coupon – Upon arrival, each guest receives a coupon for a freshly brewed coffee at the buffet.
- All-Day Bar – Fresh water will be available across the venue, while the bar remains open all day for a variety of drinks.
- Tastings in the welcome area – In the afternoon, our partners will serve refreshing tastings.
- Superjuice - Taste freshly pressed juices packed with vitamins and natural energy between 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Matcha - Try vibrant matcha creations, perfect for focus and a gentle energy boost between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- Kombucha - Discover the probiotic-rich tea that supports balance and well-being between 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
