ScaleupFest is intentionally more focused this year: 250 people, with most seats invite-only. The goal is simple, to keep the room relevant, senior and genuinely useful for everyone in it.
So, how can you join?
1. By invitation
We have a limited number of invited seats for CEE and SEE scaleup founders and C-level leaders, investors, and selected ecosystem players who actively contribute to scaling companies in the region.
Direct invitations are already going out, so check your inbox. Think you should be in the room but have not received one? Apply to attend and tell us who you are, what you are building or working on, and why ScaleupFest is relevant for you.
2. With a public ticket
Not in one of the invite-only groups? A limited number of public tickets are available for everyone else who wants to join us.
3. As a partner
Keeping ScaleupFest curated and invite-led is possible thanks to the partners supporting the event, so a big thank you to those already making it happen. We will introduce them properly very soon.

4. As a speaker or contributor
Most speaker slots are already taking shape, built around the themes we shared earlier. But the programme is deliberately flexible. Our table captains are shaping practical conversations, not filling generic panels, so there is always room for someone with a genuinely relevant story or experience to share.
