Are you a university student in Hungary, between 18 and 25, with excellent English skills? Do you want to be part of one of the most exciting startup events in the CEE region? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
ScaleupFest 2025 is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help make our event a huge success. The event will take place on September 10, 2025, from 8:30 to 20:00, at Akvárium Klub in Budapest, Hungary.
This is a leading growth-focused networking and professional event for exceptional startups and scaleups in the Central Eastern European ecosystem, alongside international investors.
How You'll Contribute
As a volunteer, you'll be a key player in ensuring everything runs smoothly, from the moment guests arrive until the final speaker finishes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setup and support: Help the event team with setting up the venue.
- A warm welcome: Manage the cloakroom and registration desks.
- Guiding and assisting: Provide essential information to guests and sponsors.
- Speaker care: Support our international speakers in the backstage area.
- Technical and event teamwork: Work closely with our event team.
