Meet the Speaker

Corina Stirbu

Head of Marketing at accesa.eu

I’m a data-driven, systems-minded operator with 14+ years of experience scaling tech ecosystems—from early-stage startups to mid-sized consultancies and SaaS platforms.

Currently serving as Head of Marketing at Accesa as well as member of the Company Committee, I lead go-to-market strategy, demand generation, brand transformation, and all commercial-supporting initiatives across Europe.

I’ve managed 7-digit budgets, grew a product from a couple thousand users to millions organically, and led cross-functional teams of 20+, collaborating with C-level executives, product, engineering, and sales to turn insight into sustainable growth.

I specialize in:
- Building go-to-market strategies rooted in real-world traction and competitive intelligence
- Leading product marketing for complex, tech-first offerings (AI, IoT, SaaS)
- Orchestrating cross-border positioning and messaging across US, DACH, and the UK
- Creating alignment between business goals, human systems, and brand narratives

Debate: Advisors, Angels, Smart VCs or Hired Guns: Who Really Helps You Scale—And Who Just Talks?

Every founder hears it: “You need senior talent to scale.” But what does that actually mean—and who delivers real value? In this no-holds-barred debate, we’ll challenge the conventional wisdom. Are angel investors truly strategic partners, or just passive check-writers with opinions? Do consultants bring clarity or just PowerPoints? Are fractional C-levels the secret weapon—or a costly shortcut? And does an advisory board actually advise… or just look good on your pitch deck?
