Meet the Speaker

Ivan Gyuracz

Partner at Absolvo Consulting

In the past 10 years Ivan has worked on the growth strategies of companies such as Balabit, Parkl, AQ Anton, Avatao, Shopbuilder, and Continest and lead several tech transaction projects on both sell and buy-side.
 
He has a B2B sales and marketing background and started his career as an expert on international relations before joining Absolvo in 2006.
 
He is a former member of the Board of the Hungarian Association of Foreign Trade. He regularly gives lectures and trainings in Hungarian and English and taught international marketing at BGE and the Metropolitan University Executive MBA program. He is an active angel investor and a member of HunBan and currently a Board Member of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HVCA) since 2024.
 
Ivan learned strategic marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Budapest and later studied B2B marketing at a Wharton Business School course. He also holds an MA degree in English Language & Culture and International and Hungarian History.
