Tamás Jósvai is a transformation-driven executive, currently serving as Portfolio CEO at Tomahawk Holding Plc. and Member of the Management Board at DiPocket Group, a regulated fintech licensed by both the FCA (UK) and Bank of Lithuania (LT).
He has led large-scale transformations in both fintech and retail. As CEO of a large grocery chain in Hungary, he repositioned the business into a data-driven, efficient, and well-controlled organization. Earlier, as Regional Director of Financial Services Industry at Microsoft CEE, he helped banks and FinTechs adopt digital technologies to enhance customer experience, unlock new revenue streams, and improve operational efficiency.
Tamas built his career at OTP Bank, holding senior leadership roles including Country Manager, Groupwide Head of SME Operations, and Head of Corporate Sales. He later became CEO of OTP’s first SME-focused fintech subsidiary. Tamas launched various business Banking strategies in the CEE region to boost sales and product innovation as well as led the digital transformation of the non-retail Business line in Hungary.
He holds MSc degrees in Engineering & Management and Business Administration, speaks Hungarian, Russian, and English, is a senior cross-fitter, and a proud father of two daughters.
