Viktor Szekeres is an entrepreneur and business leader, best known as the founder and Chairman of Gloster Infokommunikációs Nyrt., a Hungarian IT services company. He founded Gloster in 2003 and has grown it from a small hardware-focused venture into a major IT service provider with a global presence, expanding beyond system integration into cloud and software development through a series of strategic acquisitions (about 11 since 2018).
Under Szekeres’s leadership, Gloster also went public on the Budapest Stock Exchange in 2020, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey. He holds an MBA from the WU Executive Academy in Vienna and the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. In recent years, Szekeres has focused on international expansion and further M&A activity to drive Gloster’s continued growth.
